Thank you for shopping at netting.com! We understand that sometimes you might need to return an item. This policy outlines the conditions under which you can return your purchase for a full refund.
What can be returned:
- You may return any unopened, unused, and undamaged netting product purchased on netting.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- This includes all categories of netting products we offer, with the exception of services associated with labor provided (e.g., custom net installations).
What cannot be returned:
- Any product that has been opened, used, or damaged cannot be returned for a full refund.
- Services associated with labor provided, such as custom net installations, are not returnable.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. You can reach us by email at [email protected].
- Our customer service representative will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
- Securely pack the item in its original packaging, if possible.
- Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service representative.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the return criteria, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method used for your purchase.
- Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded.
- It may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exceptions:
- We reserve the right to make exceptions to this return policy on a case-by-case basis.
